How to order

• ON-LINE
  You can order online using our very secure on-line server. We accept payments through PayPal, Paymate (accepts Mastercard & Visa), or Direct Bank Deposit. Phone and Fax orders are also available on (02) 4849 4262. Cards accepted are Mastercard, and Visa, via mail and phone.
• If wishing to pay via PayPal, we are a verified user and prefer this payment method to credit cards due to extra bank charges.
• CHEQUE OR MONEY ORDER

PLEASE NOTE: All payments must be received before goods are delivered.

We ship Australia wide and to New Zealand, Asia and Pacific regions, Canada, United States and other parts of the World. Purchases outside Australia do not incur GST tax. Therefore your purchases will be slightly cheaper if you live outside of the Australian territories.

Postage Costs:
Postage is calculated at Check Out once your order has been processed and is based on current Australia Post charges. There is a small handling charge to cover costs of packaging and postage increments.

• Free postage for over $200.00 worth of purchases

Overseas postage will vary on destination and will be sent via Air Mail. Postage costs will be calculated at Check Out when your order is being processed.

We will not be held responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged if they are not Registered or Insured. In the event that an item is out of stock at the time of processing your order, we will contact you by email notification. On receiving the notification you have 24 hours to request any changes and/or additions to your order.

We are not responsible for delivery delays incurred by mail services including Australia Post. If you need your order urgently, please request Express Post, otherwise it will be posted as Ordinary mail.

Delivery Terms
If paying by credit card, Paymate, PayPal, or direct deposit your order will be shipped out within three working days once clearance of the credit card or payment transfer has been received. If paying by cheque, your order will be shipped to you after your cheque has been cleared to our bank account, generally 3 to 5 working days.

Refunds
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us either by phone on 02 4849 4262 or email within 5 days of receiving your order and we will arrange for you to either return your products and have them exchanged, or receive a refund.
